Absolutely top notch
When we came back to Naples we discovered our car we left here had a coolant leak. This was on New Year’s Day.
I called naples car rental and was surprised
That they were open on the holiday.
Miguel was the person I spoke to and he said they had cars to rent.We went there and everything was professional and seamless.Very nice clean car.
Retuned car today after a week and very easy return.
If you need a rental car go here to be treated great I highly recommend.
Fair honest pricing also.

This place is great. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are so inexpensive that I was pretty certain when I showed up for my $25 / day car it was going to be a 1987 Hyundai Accent or something rented out of some guy's backyard. The car turned out to be a 2026 Corolla with 2,000 miles on it, in great shape. The rental building and parking lot were well maintained and promoted a sense of trust in the establishment. All the cars in the lot looked new and looked to be in great shape. Customer service was fantastic - they were moderately busy when I walked in but the clerk handled everyone in there easily, professionally, and with a sense of calm that just sort of makes the rental experience comfortable. In years past I have suffered visiting my parents in Naples without getting a rental because I was cheap... no more! For $25 a day I can have my freedom and can drive myself around so I don't have to sit in the passenger seat cringing and waiting for the imminent crash as my 80 year old father casually drives over the center median and blows red lights like he's a Tijuana taxi driver. In my inexpensive rental from Naples Rental Car all I need to worry about now is meeting him on the road!

There was a misunderstanding resulting in a change in the return timing of the vehicle I rented. Naples Rental Car was firm but fair with the resolution. The process was good and the employees I dealt with did a good job. So much better than the big box guys! I'm definitely coming back next time I need a rental in Naples.
